We didn’t study real work from the outside. We did it.
Builders first
Bearish AI comes from a team of 35+ people across engineering, product and design who spent six years building and running Bearish OS, an enterprise platform that brings email, calendar, CRM, calls, messaging, tasks and AI agents into one place. It serves 500+ teams and thousands of users across the United States, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe. We know where real software gets hard because we built it and ran it for real customers.
Native specialists
Our Guild brings together professionals across the region who think and work in Arabic, formal and dialect, and the English, French and German the region trades in. They write business scenarios natively, in the way their market does business, and review each other’s work.
How we work
- Process over output: the reasoning and the repairs matter more than the final file.
- Graded, or it didn’t happen: we build the check before we ship the task.

Leadership
Bearish has been founder-led since 2020. The same team that built and ran Bearish OS through three generations now builds Bearish AI.
