These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, websites, applications, software, APIs, and platforms operated by Bearish FH INC (collectively, "Bearish," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Bearish, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Bearish.
01About Bearish
Bearish is a life‑operating‑system company that builds calm, intelligent, and deeply integrated products spanning work, creation, learning, faith, and culture. Bearish products may include, without limitation:
- BEBA OS and related enterprise productivity services
- BEBA Agents (including sales, operations, and research agents)
- Whirlwind (serialized fiction and audio experiences)
- God Power (daily formation and discipline tools)
- Storias AI (analytics and understanding platforms)
- Any future Bearish‑branded products, services, or experiences
All such offerings are governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bearish. Certain products may require a higher minimum age. By using Bearish, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
03Accounts and Access
3.1 Account Creation
You may be required to create an account to access some Bearish services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Bearish is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

- Your use poses a risk to Bearish or others
- Required by law or regulation

04Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
4.1 Paid Services
Some Bearish services require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and features are disclosed at the point of purchase.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.3 No Refunds Unless Required
All payments are non‑refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

05Use of Bearish Services
You agree to use Bearish only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

06Intellectual Property
6.1 Bearish IP
All Bearish software, designs, trademarks, content, branding, and underlying systems are owned by Bearish FH INC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in Bearish IP.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or create using Bearish ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Bearish a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit such content solely to operate and improve the services.
07AI‑Powered Features
Certain Bearish services use automated systems, machine learning, and artificial intelligence ("AI Features").
7.1 No Professional Advice
AI Features may generate outputs for informational or creative purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
7.2 Accuracy and Reliability
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. You are responsible for independently verifying outputs before relying on them.
7.3 Training and Improvement
Unless otherwise stated, Bearish does not use private customer content to train public models. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve system performance.
08Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Bearish is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.
Bearish is designed with privacy‑first principles, including data isolation, encryption, and strict access controls.
09Third‑Party Services
Bearish may integrate or interoperate with third‑party services. Bearish is not responsible for third‑party products, content, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their own terms.
10Service Availability and Changes
Bearish may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
BEARISH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEARISH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
BEARISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
BEARISH'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BEARISH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bearish FH INC and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Bearish or violation of these Terms.
14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bearish after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16Termination
Upon termination, your right to use Bearish ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bearish
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver
