Licensing
Commercial data licensing, made simple.
We license training and evaluation material to AI labs, agent builders and coding-agent teams, especially those building for the Middle East and North Africa. Non-exclusive licensing is available where the relevant rights permit. Exclusive terms are available by agreement.
What is available
Where each product stands today.
| Product | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Technical sample pack | Drafted Journal lessons, a runnable Exams task, the data specification and provenance records. | Available now, under NDA |
| The Journal | Real engineering episodes from Bearish OS, traced from idea to production across spec, discussion, design, code, review and outcome. | First release in preparation, 1,500 lessons |
| The Exams | Fail-to-pass engineering challenges rebuilt from genuine development problems, with reproducible tests and reference solutions. | 600 task candidates in validation |
| The Workshop | Bearish OS, the real enterprise platform we built and ran for customers, as a sandboxed, resettable, state-graded environment for business agents. The only one that comes with its full build history. | Available now |
| The Guild | Original Arabic-first business scenarios, tasks and evaluations, made by working professionals across the Gulf, Egypt and North Africa, with the English, French and German the region trades in. Delivered in batches. | Taking pilot projects now |
| Device-to-Cloud Engineering Corpus | The complete engineering record of a connected personal-safety device, from circuit board and firmware to mobile app and cloud, with verified, runnable coding tasks for fine-tuning and evaluation. | Available for licensing on request |
Counts describe planned releases. Every lesson and task is validated before delivery, and only validated material is licensed.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
- 1.
Request samples
Tell us what you train or evaluate. We send the technical sample pack under NDA.
- 2.
Technical evaluation
Your team reviews the format, runs the tasks and checks provenance and verification evidence.
- 3.
Commercial discussion
Scope, volume, exclusivity, delivery format and refresh cadence.
- 4.
Licensing agreement
Signed terms, then delivery with a data card for every release.
The technical sample pack
Everything you need to evaluate us.
Provenance
Where each record came from, when it was collected, and a checksum for every file.
Data specification
The record format, field definitions, link types and labeling scheme.
Example tasks
Lessons and tasks across episode types and difficulty tiers.
Verification evidence
Proof that each task fails in its broken state and passes with the reference fix, on repeated clean runs.

The Device-to-Cloud Engineering Corpus.
The complete engineering record of a connected personal-safety device, built from the ground up between 2018 and 2020: a GPS panic-button locket, its iOS and Android app, and its monitoring backend. Every layer is linked together and anonymized.
Few datasets cover every layer of one real product. Here an agent can follow a requirement from the spec, through the circuit board and the firmware, into the app and the cloud. That makes it a rare training ground for coding agents that have to work across hardware and software.
No user data is included.
What’s inside
| Hardware | Circuit board and enclosure design files |
|---|---|
| Firmware | The device firmware |
| Mobile | The iOS and Android app, full source with git history |
| Cloud | The monitoring backend, full source with git history |
| Product | The original product requirements and specifications |
| Team | The engineering discussions, linked to the code they shaped |
| Tasks | Verified, runnable coding tasks, an entry tier for fine-tuning and warm-up evaluation |
Business operations
Built for agents that run the business.
Most training data teaches agents to code, in English. Companies in the Middle East and North Africa need agents that close the books, pay suppliers, answer customers and keep deals moving, in Arabic and the way the region does business. Through the Guild we make that training, in the functions where the work happens.
Arabic, formal and dialect, with the English, French and German the region trades in. Written natively, never translated.
