BEBA OS Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BEBA OS, an enterprise operating system and productivity platform operated by Bearish FH INC. These Terms supplement the Bearish Global Terms of Service.
01About BEBA OS
BEBA OS is an enterprise productivity platform designed to centralize and calm organizational operations. Core capabilities include:
- Unified workspace and document management
- Task and project orchestration
- Team collaboration and communication
- Integration with third-party enterprise systems
- API access for custom integrations
02Enterprise Accounts
2.1 Organization Administrators
Enterprise accounts are managed by designated organization administrators who control user access, permissions, and organizational settings.
2.2 User Roles
Individual users within an organization are subject to both these Terms and any additional policies set by their organization administrator.
03API and Integration Terms
BEBA OS provides APIs for integration with third-party systems. API usage is subject to:
- Rate limits as specified in API documentation
- Authentication requirements and key management
- Prohibition on reselling or redistributing API access
04Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers may be eligible for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) providing uptime guarantees and support commitments. SLA terms are negotiated separately and documented in your enterprise agreement.
05Data Ownership
Your organization retains full ownership of all data stored in BEBA OS. Bearish acts as a data processor on your behalf and will not access, share, or use your data except as necessary to provide the service.
