BEBA Agents Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BEBA Agents, autonomous AI agent services operated by Bearish FH INC. These Terms supplement the Bearish Global Terms of Service.
01About BEBA Agents
BEBA Agents are autonomous AI systems designed to perform specific business tasks. Current agent offerings include:
- SDR Agent — Sales development and outreach automation
- Headhunter Agent — Recruiting and talent sourcing
- Additional specialized agents as released
02Agent Autonomy and Oversight
Important: While BEBA Agents operate autonomously within defined parameters, you remain responsible for supervising agent actions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Agents include configurable guardrails, approval workflows, and activity logging. You should review and adjust these settings according to your risk tolerance.
03Third-Party Integrations
Agents may interact with third-party services (email providers, CRMs, job boards) on your behalf. You are responsible for:
- Authorizing agent access to third-party accounts
- Complying with third-party terms of service
- Ensuring agent actions comply with platform policies
04Usage Limits
Agent usage is subject to rate limits, action quotas, and processing limits as specified in your subscription tier. Premium tiers include higher limits and priority processing.
05Compliance
You agree to configure and use agents in compliance with:
